Admission to various courses at The Earth Computer Institute (Ranchi and Daltonganj branches) is subject to seat availability, batch timing confirmation, and fulfillment of basic eligibility criteria.
Students are allotted individual computer workstations during designated practical hours. Every student must adhere to cybersecurity ethics: unauthorized hardware modifications, malware testing, or misuse of high-speed optical fiber internet is strictly prohibited.
To qualify for the final course certificate or diploma (DCA, ADCA, Programming tracks), students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in theory and lab sessions, complete all practical coding assignments, and pass the final evaluation examination.
Fee structures are transparently disclosed before admission. Two days of free demo classes are offered to allow students to assess our teaching quality before confirming enrollment. Fee installments must be deposited as per the agreed schedule.
All academic and administrative disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi / Palamu, Jharkhand.
